Chief Technology Officer Consulting, or CTO Consulting, is a service for school districts who need short-term guidance and advice.   This could be a situation where a school district has a CTO gap until a replacement CTO is hired.  A new first-time CTO may desire a mentoring to help them with the transition.   An existing CTO may want an extra set of hands to move a project forward.
